Rocket Languages was formed in the year 2004 and they released their first language courses in the year 2005. These courses are Rocket Spanish and Rocket French and the success of these courses led to the creation of Rocket German in the middle of 2006. Mauricio is passionate about his country’s heritage, culture and language and he is the author of Rocket Spanish course. He has shared his knowledge of the Spanish language around the world and focused on making Rocket Spanish perfect for enabling students to learn Spanish fast.
The MegaVocab and MegaAudio games Mauricio has included in Rocket Spanish enable students to focus on the specific Spanish words and phrases they want to learn. Amy Waterman: Editor
Amy Waterman is the editor of Rocket Spanish and certainly knows her stuff when it comes to the English and the Spanish language. Amy became fluent with the Spanish language while she was working in the Andes Mountains area of Ecuador. Amy’s unique skills helped Rocket Spanish to become the success that it is. Amy formulated the concept behind the audio in the interactive audio elements of the Rocket Spanish course.
Carmen Evlampieff: Spanish Grammar Specialist
If there is anyone who has a love for Spanish grammar then it is Carmen Evlampieff who is also known to the Rocket Languages team as “la mama de Mauricio”. Carmen Evlampieff like Mauricio Evlampieff is also from Chile and she possesses a degree in nursing. Carmen is well versed in Castellano and this variation of the Spanish language originated in northern Spain. Carmen possesses a clear and resonant voice and her Spanish grammar skills are a true asset to the Rocket Spanish team.
Asher West:Principal Cartoonist
Asher West has a number of roles on the Rocket Languages team even though he is officially the teams Principal cartoonist. Asher West also has the roles of sound editor for Rocket Languages and graphic designer. Asher has put his passion into practice further while producing a book relating to the art of Japanese Manga. His illustrations are both entertaining and informative and one of his greatest experiences was during a visit to San Diego to attend the Comicon International Comic Festival.
John Peterson: Principal Narrator
The principal narrator of Rocket Spanish grammar books is John Peterson and his background in radio broadcasting is extensive. If John Peterson is not working on internet or radio projects he works on his local heritage railroad as signalman and conductor. Although John is a man of many skills, his narration skills are a huge asset to the Rocket Spanish team.
